Insurance Lost & Theft Information
Standard Ground Shipping: accepted insurance claim up to $100.00 if package is lost or stolen.
Protected Ground Shipping: your order will be fully insured if lost or stolen and will include Signature Confirmation by default.

Small Packages (0oz -3oz): $3.99 Shipping Fee Light Packages (3.1oz - 8oz): $4.99 Shipping Fee Medium Packages (0.5lb - 0.99lb): $5.99 Shipping Fee Heavy Packages (1lb - 2.99lb): $6.99 Shipping Fee Super Packages (3lb+): $9.99 Shipping Fee
Occasionally, there are Free Shipping promotions based on order amount.
Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Requesting Personalized Packaging Video:
If you are specifically requesting a Personalized Packaging Video for your order, be sure to leave a order note during checkout. It it not a 100% guarantee a video is made, but it indicates to our team that you are requesting one. Minimum order amount to request a video is $150.00 USD. If there are many orders, may take additional 1-3 business days to fulfill.
